If you have not noticed there is a segment happening every night and mindful moments will be offline. I know a couple of folks listen and so rest assured it will resume on November 1st

Also note there is October music going on all month!

But if you Must have mindful moments, let us know! 

We will be happy to take in a request and make a session available to listen on demand.
